The No Questions Asked "Fast Track" Warranty Replacement Program
Have you heard of our Fast Track program yet?
Did you step on your rod? Run it over in your car? Come home to an angry significant other trying to get revenge on you for spending all of your time on the water? No worries, we've got you covered.
With our new "Fast Track" program, you can have your rod replaced, no matter the age of it or the cause of the break, for a small fee depending on series. To make it even easier for you, you do not have to mail the entire rod in. Simply cut out the small label section of the rod and stick it in a padded envelope with a check for the appropriate fee.
We also pay the shipping back to you, free of charge to 48 US states!
You can even use this warranty program at any participating retailer, so you can get back to fishing that day instead of having to wait for the snail mail to go through.
If mailing the section back, be sure to include the completed Rod Repair & Replacement Form, which can be found here: Fill out Rod Replacement Form
The below photo shows how to remove label section. This makes it cheaper and easier to mail.
You will be charged a flat fee for a replacement rod depending on the series. This is the final cost unless in Washington - where you will be charged tax.
WE pay the shipping back to you on Fast-Track rods* (to 48 USA States.)
$40 shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada
• If you are returning a custom rod please remove any after-market components that you wish to keep, as they will not be returned.

*****Any 1-piece rod over 8′ in length (when packed for shipping) will have an oversized shipping fee ($160 or more) in addition to the fast-track pricing. Alaska rods over 90″ will have additional shipping fee.
