These are the 3 primary solutions.

  1. If the top section of a 2 piece rod is broken, you may be able to order a top section. Quickest solution (see below)
  2. If the rod broke due to an accident, gradual damage, wear and tear or unknown damage, you can Fast Track for best possible price (if rod is 5 years or newer) or get a quote on a replacement rod. (see below) – Fast Track instructions below 
  3.  If you feel the rod broke due to a defect in workmanship or material, send it in to us for a Warranty Evaluation.

Private label rods to be warrantied by store: Cascade Pro, 1063, Ranch and Home etc.

Order a Top Section:

Email warranty@lamiglas.com with the model number of the rod you need a top for (if possible, include the date stamp and color of rod) and your shipping information. You can pay either by check or by card. (Quickest Possible Solution)

Lamiglas Fast Track Replacement

Accidents happen – we understand!

Broke your rod and need to get back out on the water? Use the fast track program to quickly process your rod claim.

All you need to do: Mail in section of rod with the model number, Lamiglas logo and any applicable information (such as date stamp, serial number) include a note with all of your contact information and any information about the rod. Write ATTN: Fast Track on box.

Simply send in the Lamiglas rod with a note and a check for the Fast Track pricing amount listed below (shipping is included for lower 48 US residents – WA residents include tax of .078) Additional shipping may apply to Canada, Hawaii and Alaska customers email warranty@lamiglas.com for rates.

$15 shipping upcharge to Alaska and $40 to Canada

If you are sending your rod in for Warranty Evaluation and it is not deemed a defect break, you will not be eligible for Fast-Track pricing. 

Please include a note with your name, address, phone number, email, notes about what you need and a request for Fast Track.

If you are returning a custom rod please remove any after-market components that you wish to keep, as they will not be returned.
Do not use a shipping container that you want returned, it will be disposed of at the factory.

We will expedite rod as long as it is in stock in 1 – 4 business days.

Woodland Washington Walk-In Service

We process fast-track, warranty, available tips and upgrades through our Walk-In Service.

Monday – Friday 10 AM – 4:00 PM (Weekends are closed)

We will still accept rod drop-offs at the front desk during all normal business hours but cannot offer immediate service.

New Guide (Process requires wrap and two coats of epoxy) $10 per guide

New Tip-Top / Re-tip $3

Shrink Wrap Handle $20 including material

Upgrades / Exchanges

Working condition rods can be traded in for an upgrade. Upgrades are 50% off of MSRP. High-end Lamiglas rods traded in may be eligible for additional discounts on rod exchange.

There are limitations on which rods can be upgraded to which. SI series typically not available for upgrade. Send requests to warranty@lamiglas.com

Various non-warranty blemish/discontinued/used rods are available in the outlet store and may be eligible to exchange for a reasonable rate.
