What is the action on the ISU 96 1M blank?

I was wondering what action the International Graphite Surf Blanks have? Particularly the ISU 96 1M model.

I am trying to build a dedicated 8' light tackle casting rod primarily throwing 1/2 bucktail jigs. Is this blank good for that?

It will be paired with a Curado 200 with 15 lb mono.
