Feedback on the XC734 Topwater Special Rod?

I own several Lamiglas rods and love them. I'm in the market for a topwater rod and I'm considering the XC734. Do any of you guys own one? Please provide some feedback on this rod? Lastly, is it a medium power rod or Med/Hvy?

This model is a 4 power. I would say it is right between the two powers. As far as Fishing this exact model I have not hopefully someone will chime in and give you some feedback. Hope this helps have a great day.
