Surf rod weight comparisons

Hello everyone, I would like to know if someone could tell me what the weight difference is between the 10' XSRA 1205-2 pcs versus the 11' XSRA 1322-2pc. I currently own the 10' and have it matched up with the Stella 5000 SW which is great for me wading and plugging all day under normal conditions. The weight of the reel is 14oz and the rod (don't know exactly the weight) but is very light and matched up well with the reel. What I'm asking for is the weight of the 11' XSRA 1322-2 and is there any significant difference in diameters of the handle, rings, etc. etc. because I would like to match it with my Stella 10000 SW for rough days and high surfs. I tried the Stella 10000 SW on the 10' and it doesn't cast as far as the Stella 5000 due to the spool lip of the larger reel and the smaller diameter on the rod. I cast pretty well and would say 100 yds easily on a bad day so I did a comparison with the 10' Lami vs. Loomis on the Stella 10000 and see the difference. I love the 10' set and want to know about the 11' before I make the purchase because none of the tackle shops around me have them in stock. I just hope its not a beef stick, baton, or a baseball bat because I'm a light tackle guy and wade all day. Thank you and look forward for any feedback.s

The expert on those two rods,

The expert on those two rods, beside Ron Arra of course, is the Ditch Troll "Ditch Digger". Google him. I own a 11' 1322-2 with an Emblem Pro 5500 with Daiwa Samurai 55# and hunt the Cape Cod Canal and East end beaches with it when I go in May and September. It will throw up to 3oz like a dream all day and fight fish no problem. I am a plugger/soft bait person and do not jig a lot so can add no comment there but the 1205 and the 1261 seem to be the jigging rods of choice on the Canal. Other Ditch Trolls who haunt the Canal 100+ nights a year know more about the subject. Try searching Stripers Online.
