Other than cost, what is the real difference in quality between a MB86MH 10-20 lb and a G1310T of the same line weight? Because they are less costly, are the MB86 series less reliable (breakage?) and has anyone had an issue with them? Right now I have a G1306, G1307 for float, and a G1325 for drift, but I'd like to have a little beefier rod for the winter steelies/salmon.
Your thoughts, please, and thanks in adavnce.

Both are reliable rods. the G-1000 rods have better components and warranties.
No one knows as much as all of us.
I have had both rods and just recently my MBC86 broke a tip on a Blackmouth shaker. I'm going to find out just how good the warranty is.
