I just recently purchased a Lamiglas spinning rod at an estate sale. The rod shows no evidence of ever having been used. The label on the rod states Lamiglas, 3702. I spent a day + researching info and found nothing specific to it. Obviously it's an older rod, but I enjoy finding out about as much info as possible. The closest I found to describing the rod is today's model, MBS702 UL (L). My question, is this basically the one and same rod? I'm a Kokanee fisherman and this has all my likes for a good trolling rod. I prefer the glass rods to the graphite as I feel there is more sensitivity to them. Any info provided about my fishing rod I bought would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Bull

Sorry for the long wait on this. the 3702 is an old fiberglass spinning rod blank model number: 7’, 1/8 to ¼ oz wts., medium action. The MBS 702UL is close to that, only it is a graphite blank.
