I purchased a GSB132-2L surf rod blank, and it did not come with a stick on label. Is that something I can buy directly from Lamiglas?

Also for the ferrule the butt end is hollow all the way thru. Is there supposed to be a plug on the top of the butt end? I have one of the tri-flex surf rods that was manufactured, and it does appear some type of plug was used.
