Hi Jake,
thanks for so quick response - it help a lot !
If I ask the same question - but about famous Certified Pro series or their equivalent blanks ?
With pleasure built myself, if rod model will be not available today.
Without advice bought last year magnum bass type blank for tossing 3/4-1 oz. spinner baits, quickly have found - it wasn't good choice, great backbone but too stiff tip section ... cast ability rather poor.
In fact it's jig&pig type blank for pitching plastics and great for that job !( learned it much later ...)
I don't want make the same mistake again (sometimes transfer yours techniques to our waters might be tricky ... if we don't ask right source before ...)
Best regards Pavel.

Mallard, I would go with the XP 705 C if I were you, for the simple fact that the extra backbone will be useful with 1 oz spinnerbaits. Either rod will do the job, but it's nice to have additional power in the lower end. Plus, the XP rods have nice tips on them. I'm really impressed with mine.
