Hello, I have a vintage Lamiglas SB1924S rod. Can you tell me about this rod? It is in three sections. Colour is white, with red thread. Varmac NF6H handle. All looks to be factory made. This rod is still in very good condition. I have never used it. And also looks like nobody else has. It is built like a tank out of Fibreglass.
I also got a dark orange two piece surf rod with this first rod. The second rod is also built like a tank out of fibreglass, has no markings on it, although I also feel it is a Lamiglas. This one has the same red thread. Also the same Varmac NF6H handle . Length is 13 foot, 3 inches. Thank you from Vancouver.

Any rod considered

Any rod considered vintage/antique are valuable, first I would ask Lamiglas if the rod can be replaceble (if broken) and what would be equivalent model to the one you have. I have vintage rods and don't use them for other than memories. Hang on to it and preserve it as best you can!!!. Lamiglas is a great rod manufacture and anything that is considered vintage from them is high quality back then as it is now.....it may be worth some money in the future.
