None of these rods are rated for the same power, as the applications are completely different. The XC 725 is a Frog rod and I believe listed as such in the catalog, designed to pull the bass out of very heavy hydrilla or other type weed mats after the fish has to taken the surface frog. The blank's built heavy duty with a size 7 tip vs the 5.5 tip on the others and is about 1 ounce heavier than the others in raw form. I own a shorter, earlier model of this type blank and it's of little value for anything else except for musky, pike maybe or bottom fishing the coast.
The others are good Senko rods, but can be used for other things well like Carolina rigs, football jig dragging, and similar stuff I think the XC 724 may have a slower tip but very good back bone.
No one knows as much as all of us.
Yeah ,I exchanged it for the XC-724 , I am pleased with this rod for Trigs , Cr and jigs.
