Well, I could reccomend a different rod for each application. Are you looking to go with all casting models, spinning models, or an arsenal of everything? Another thing to think about will be whether you want to buy a limited lifetime warranty rod, or spend a little less and buy rods with only a 1 year warranty.
Here are my reccomendations, staying in best priced lifetime rods.
You could probably use the Hot Shot Mag (G1330) for number of things, especially pulling plugs and light backbouncing. You could also use the Mag Taper (G1313T) for those applications, plus it would make a great drift rod.
For side drifting and bobber fishing I would reccomend going with a 9' to 9'6" spinning rod. The G1325 or G1367 would both work well. Also the rouge river RR 90 MLS would be a good bet.
It will be hard to outfit you for both Salmon and Steelhead with the same rods, you will probably find you will either be to heavy for steelhead, or too light for salmon.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thank's Ryan,
those rods you recomened (G1330) and the (G1313T) are those for salmon?
What would you recomend for steelhead rods for the same applications? I would like a arsenal of everything. also which kind of reels do you like to match up with these rods? I like shimano reel thinking of maybe the calcutta.
Thank's for your help.
The 1330 and the 1313 you could use for both out of the drift boat. The 1330 has enough backbone for chinooks, but still fishes well as a steelhead rod. The 1313 is going to be a great all around drift rod. It will have some extra power in the butt section (Rated 8-17lb), but still a very sensitive tip. The float rod, and side drifting rod will be your issue for fishing for both, the reccomended models will be too light for salmon. I really like the G1338T as a bobber and egg rod for chinooks, and would use the G1310T as strictly a chinook drift rod.
