ron arra surf pro question

i purchased a ron arra surf pro early in the season and it has served me well, caught many bass this year from asbury park to montauk. This rod started out as my back up and became my primary. the rod outcasts my loomis, and has much more "feel" than most out there. in the last few weeks i have been noticing a problem with the guide wraps. they are actually hollow underneath, the wraps have a hard outer shell and nothing inside. it started out with just a pin hole in one of the wraps but has now shown up in several. i would like to send this in for warraty but i have a feeling the receipt is in the round file. I did register the rod on this site when i purchased it, which i think i needed the receipt to do. please get back to me. one more thing, if i send the rod in for waarranty, what is the "turn-around" time?

kind of hoping someone from

kind of hoping someone from lamiglas would answer this one since the warranty page is asking for a dated proof of purchase(this is highlighted). or, at least someone who has gone through the warranty process the way i will have to.
