I just picked up a CG 84 M blank, but I am having a hard time finding any info about it. In fact, I can't find any info at all. I bought it because I figured it would be a step up in power from the cg78l (which I did find a little info on) and it was a good price to "practice" building a rod, since I'm new at this. The place where I got it listed it as "classic glass", but now that I have it in my hands it acts/looks like graphite. Is this blank graphite and that was a typo? Or maybe a composite?
The CG 84 M would be your best option, hope this helps.
