i'm thinking of buying a 10'super surf series.
one of the main reasons for my purchase would be for the lifetime warranty.
i was at a lami dealer the other day and i asked if i could have some custom alterations done,
i want a shorter butt and a custom wrap on the butt also ,but he told me this would void your lifetime warranty.
is this true can you explain your warranty as far as what custom work will void the warranty
Unfortunately any alterations to the rod will void the warranty. We can't garuntee the rod will perform the same and have the same durability after custom alterations are done. You could look at buying one of our blanks and building it yourself, we also offer our limited lifetime warranty on all of our blanks.
