I would like to ask for some advice on getting a new square bill rod. I want it to be a spinning rod. The rivers where I live have a lot of brush over hanging the banks leaving about 1 ft. between it and the water. Im not that great of a caster to skip a small crank bait up under them with a casting rod. I can do it with some spinning rods I have but I tend to lose a lot of bass because they are to stiff at the tip. What spinning rod would be a good choice in the Excel line.
