New Lamiglas Surf Rods Focus On Big Fish

Woodland, Wa: With seven new surf rods ready to launch in 2010, and six of them are 11-feet or longer in length, it’s apparent the big fish are back in East Coast surf fisheries. The new Lamiglas additions are found in their three premium surf rod line-ups: Super Surf, Ron Arra Pro Surf and Graphite Surf and Jetty. Details of each model introduction are outlined below.

Super Surf
SS 91 MLS
Advancing the technological benefits of fiber blending evident in all Super Surf rods, Lamiglas has introduced the new SS 91MLS for 2010. This nimble nine-foot one-piece spinning rod is balanced for precise casting within the calm waters of back bays and points. Rated for 3/8- to 1 1/2-ounce casting weight and 10- to 20-pound monofilament line and constructed specifically for superbraids. The agile SS 91 MLS is an extremely lightweight pleasurable rod for plugging, casting bucktails and soft baits, while retaining surprising power throughout the rod blank.
