It is hard to say not knowing what you will be doing with the rod. But to match that reel I suspect the SS11mhs-dh will be what you are looking for if you are surf fishing.

Most advice I've read says, and my own experience confirms, that any substantial 9ft or any 10ft plugging rod would be a good match for the VS200. For example I have a SS91mh and the VS200 balances nicely. I also use a XS101m and the VS200 would fit this rod also although the VS250 is a better match by my experience. Hope this helps.
