which lamiglas for side drifting?

So I used to have the Esprit series and loved those rods they seemed way more sensitive then the CP, anyways I see there is XMG and the CP. I use the IMX 1082S right now so ....

just want to know opions ...

I have a GL-3 1141. It works

I have a GL-3 1141. It works great with Saros 3k reel on it. I run 12lb on high water and 10 on clear, dropping the leader 2lbs lower of course. I caught several 9-11 lb Winters last spring

The XMG rods are what

The XMG rods are what replaced the Espirit Series. Extremely sensitive. The EXS 96 LL or EXS 96 L would both work great.
