I have recently won a custom made 8 foot one piece ron arra surf rod and was wondering what size reel would match for best results. i was guessing a reel between 10-15 oz would be best?

I am seriously considering a shimano sahara 4000 reel. im on a very tight budget and can only get my parents to buy reels less than 50 dollars. i have found a great deal for the older version of the shimano sahara.
