Bought a xra1205 ron arra surf pro, in february of this year, i bought it used and have made maybe 300 casts, never threw more then the rod was rated for, which was 5.5. well i was standing on the tip of a jetty about 10 casts into my session and snap, 3oz bottle snaps the rod aboive the first guide

i know lami's waranty only covers the original owner, so do i go after the guy who sold it to me, can i take him to court if he refuses to reiburst me. I have loved every lami ive owned but am now a little scared
