guide placement GSB 1201L

this is 3 questions here.. 1- looking for guide placement on a gsb1201L 2- fuji alconite concept guides BSVAG are they available anywhere? 3- i was looking through the 2009 blank catalog and noticed no s-glass, are they made anymore?

We have not produced any of the s-glass blanks for 4 years now.
