Infinity 735 QC

First let me start off by saying, I love me some lamiglas rods. I own over a dozen of lamigas rods, from bass to salmon. The reason I love your rods is because the quality, craftsmanship, and built here locally (WA). I just order the new infinity rod from a reputable online website. I am very excited about the new line up of bass rods. The rod came in today and I was so excited to put my hands on it, because of the good things I heard about this rod. Finally I got the rod in my hand and oh my was it a great feeling. This rod is the best feeling rod ever. The handle, weight of the rod, balance was second to none. I was in love at first site. So as I was doing my usually check off with my rod I notice that when I looked and lined up the guides I notice that the first guide was off to the right. I double checked and triple check to make sure that it wasn't just me seeing things that weren't really there. So I grab my other lamiglas rods I own and did the same thing and all my other rods didn't have any issue with the guides. I was so disappointed that this was the case and that a higher end model rod pass QA with the first guide off to the right. This is the first rod form you guys that I own with this problem. Like I said earlier that I love the quality and craftsmanship of your guy's rod, so I'm pretty sure you can understand my disappointment. Anyways just my 2cents. I will be returning the rod back and hopefully the new one they send my won't have the same issue. Thanks in advance for reading my concern!

That is unfortunate, the

That is unfortunate, the upside is if you wanted to test cast it a bit the offset of the guide won't effect performance one bit.

No one knows as much as all of us.

Raskal,

Sorry about the inconvenience, I assure you that is not the way we do business. Occasionally somethings can make it through quality control and also guides can get tweaked during shipping and through all of the handling. If you have any trouble getting a new one feel free to call us here at the shop and we can get you squared away. (360)-225-9436
