Chunking Rod

Hi, Can anybody help me choose a chunking rod. I use a Saltiga Surf 30sa conventional, I would like to throw 6oz and bait. So far graphite chunking rods haven't treated me very good(snapped) I was thinking of trying a 11' or 12' fiber glass but I have any clue about the action of a glass rod. Thanks for your time.

KN...Check out our fiberglass

KN...Check out our fiberglass suf blanks in the blanks section of this site. These are very tough rods and are capable of throwing 6 or more ounces, depending on the blank. We do not currently make a glass factory rod.

I have the xs 12mhc and i toss a 6oz and half a bunker with ease and distance. You should check it out.
