Thinking about the 934 2 piece casting rod. Fish primarily in so. oregon streams for salmon. Need an all around go to rod. I'm new to the bobber and eggs but it really works well at times, fish the rogue from the hatchery in the spring down to the mouth both from a boat and bank for fall kings. Need a good caster that will turn a fish in heavy current from the bank yet sensitive to use with quickfish in the boat or troll with in the bay at gold beach. I'm retiring soon and will probably check out other rivers as well as the columbia river next spring where they use heavier weights at times to tap along the bottom in pretty heavy current. I've got a couple of rogue rods in the 907s with graphite handles and like them very much but I'm afraid they'll break and they won't stand behind them like they used to - Any suggestions? P.S. If Corey is still there tell her Vic and Josh say hello!
