Last fall I built my brother a custom fly rod using the PTF 108 5/6 blank. I just received a call from him with very high praises about what an awesome rod it is! He fished steelhead yesterday and knocked the snot out of them catching 5-15lb'rs in Northern Idaho. Now I do build a nice rod if I do say so myself but I give most of the credit to the Lamiglas Perigee blank.

Me and the wife have used a few of the old originals for some time now. They quickly became favorites.
Probably 6 years or so ago I caught a nice springer on one while SR Cutthroat fishing in Willipa Bay on the Naselle side, the wide butt on the rod and Lamson #2 Litespeed had no problems controlling that fish. My 9 wt is also a favorite.
Global Flyfisher and Fly Anglers Online and others gave this blank/rod rave reviews.
