XMG 50 ?

Hello I bought a new XMG 50 EXS 96L from a sporting goods store and after I got home I was checking it out. I put it toughter lined up the eyes and looked down the center of the rod and it bends to the right. what do I do about this?

While no rod blank will ever

While no rod blank will ever be perfectly straight. If it is not to your satisfaction and you have not used it yet most dealers will take it back. If not you can send it back to us and we will attempt to get you a more suitable replacement.

So is it by not being aligned

So is it by not being aligned properly going to cause damage to the rod?

Not being straight will not

Not being straight will not effect how it fishes or performs, but it can be annoying looking at it. If it does not bother you just fish it. If it does we can take care of it. For me it is not a issue but it does bother many others.
