I've never seen that particular blank. Numbers say it's a saltwater live bait blank made in IM 700 material.
7 ft long, 1 piece medium action. 20 lb line class, for dunking bait and weight of 3/4 to 2 1/4 oz. Sound about right? Live bait blanks can have a softer tip than anticipated so that a fish can grab the bait and not really feel you or the rod right away while giving you a visual indication by the tip dipping down.
May have been built the same time frame as the KGR blank mentioned a few posts down, as my KGR blanks were listed as IMKGR, or KGR depending on the blank, and were brown on color which has been used on the IM700 blanks. All my IM700 salmon and steelhead rods were the same brown as my IMKGR/KGR blanks.
No one knows as much as all of us.
Hello
That would be a all around boat Salmon rod, In the 12-30# line class. Hope this helps...
