1308 with metal reel seat

i have a 1308 with a metal reel seat. it is the only lamiglas i have ever seen with a metal reel seat. it says 96%
graphite made in the usa. it has the name graphiteer on it. it looks new like it has never been fished.anyone know when lamiglas made rods with metal reel seats? thanks

It was made in the mid 80s

It was made in the mid 80s and was similar to the G1000 rods.
