What 2 piece surf rod would be the most versatile on lure size?

I'm looking to match up a lami surf rod with a vs 250 reel. The areas I fish vary from sandy beach to the point at Montauk. I do need a two piece due to city living and storage. Thanks very much

As far as getting one multi purpose rod. I would go with the XS 10 MHS. This would be a great all purpose rod. Hope this helps. Have a great day!!!
