I know this may be bad form and I do apologize if it is. I contacted via voicemail twice "Kendra" (something similar, ext 214) and through this website about an issue I have with my Excel 734c.
Long story short:
I bought it ~9/09
I have a crank in the blank below the grip in the thread wrap.
The crack runs with the threads around the blank.
I doubt it is a manufacturing defect, however this rod has MAYBE 8 trips on it and is stored safely in a rack.
I think am wondering how to handle this?
Fast Track Warranty? Ahhh this is the other issue I am finding... The Excel Bass is not listed, so I can't just send that in... This was reported in the VM's.
I have received no responses in over a month... and am a bit perplexed by this since I was under the impression that customer service was top notch.
Again NOT trying to be a trouble maker, I am just not getting anywhere with calling them or through this website's email.
