Tropic Pro TP 7030 SP-C 7'

Hi guys,
I have sent two e-mails to you but I have not yet been answered.
A client of mine can not get assistance in Italy for his rod, a TP 7030 Pro SP-C shows the code C10.
The rod broke the tip section. I am a rodbuilder and I want to help my friend. Can you give me help? You have my email to contact me.

Sandro, The C10, means

The C10, means the rod was built in March (3rd month) and 2010. We have discontinued that rod , but may have some tips remaining. Please contact our customer service deparment, jake@lamiglas.com. Thanks
