I am mainly a LMB fisherman and also a little Trout fishing when in Utah on vacation...I was given an EXS 92m and was wondering if this rod would be suitable for fishing Bass & Trout as well!

I'd say yes, read an interesting article on using long rods for small and largemouth bass and walleye done by a magazine called Fishing Facts 30 years ago. Much of what they saw coming has come to pass , especially in deep reservoirs.
For trout, medium power steelhead rods have been used for trolling for trout, landlocked coho and kings, and kokanee for many years.
No one knows as much as all of us.
