It looks like you are a bass guy. If you haven't seen the new XCC724 and XCC 725 for crankin', you need to. These composit rods are awsome. I have the XCC 725 which is new for 09. It is light for a composit, very sensitive and the action is well balanced with that nice slow tip but backbone for moving and controlling larger fish. I am very pleased with this rod. It complements my SR705R and 6'6" Gerald Beck model. Nice stuff !
