Help with my decision

I am trying to decide on the best rod for use in the foillowing situation.
1. Columbia River springer fishing using #14 Kwik fish etc.
2. Puget Sound salmon fishing (various methods)
3. Columbia River bank fishing for Salmon using spin-glows etc.
I am deciding between the G1314T, the G1318T and the G1342T.
Am I very far off in these 3 rods?
I have an Abu Garcia Record 61 HC and will be using 20-25 lb. line.
