I recently purchased a certified pro X86 MTS rod off of craigslist. The seller mentioned that the rod tip had been replaced and when I looked it over and loaded it up it looked good. On later research I realized the repair had been done incorrectly and the rod is actually 3 inches shorter than it should be. It also doesn't have the fast action tip the X86 MTS should have. What is the cost of getting it repaired correctly by lamiglass?
Thanks,
Kyle

I currently have 7 Lami G1000 and CP models and am wondering the same things about repairs. If I buy one from another user how do I get them repaired to original condition, if needed?
Thanks,
Shane
If they are top sections than we can build new top half's for your rods at a nominal fee. Certified pro tips are $50 and G-1000 tips are $40. All you need to do is send the rod into our repair department with a note attached saying what you would like to do and with all of your contact info. Hope this helps.
Can you post the address for getting something sent to the repair department?
