I have a question about the G-1000 rods I notice there were wo different colors for the same rod? an different eye counts? they are the Med hvy, med cast, med spin, an the mag taper thank for info on them an should I be concerned I regestered them through your web site and purchased then all at the same time from a repetable store well any info would help thanks Happy LIP RIPPING !!!!!
ps Think I can get a decal for getting 6 rods at one clip
We have been making the G-1000 with the Cranberry Gloss finish for the last two years and have just decided to go back to the original matte finish with no paint. As far as guide spacing goes we also are using more guides and lighter weight guides now in comparison to older double foot heavy weight guides. That could be the biggest difference in guide spacing for you. Hope this helps.
Yes it does seem to make sense just weird how the store had both there cranberry which really rocks an greyish black I did notice on the black the cranberry ones has a a11 a10 e10 the greyish black ones have 009 b10 c10
the cranberry has single foot guides an the greyish black have the double with less of them still great rods I have a few of my friends in ark an Tx using them for slinging out that alabamama ring going for bucket mouths an getting good hook sets all from a pacific northwest rod guru's of Lamiglas
