What are some good suggestions of Lamiglas rod blanks to throw the ROF 0-12 Huddleston's, more important would be the ROF 12?

Some say they can be thrown with a XC807 others say they cannot. But they can be thrown with most of our musky rods Check them out.

A deluxe 8 is really pushing the XC 807. It's more a general purpose rod happier in the Deluxe 5 ROF range.
No one knows as much as all of us.
I personally like throwing the ROF12 on the G 1382-T Heavy Bouncer. It is in the Salmon & Steelhead line up of rods, but it really is a fantastic rod for fishing the Hudd.

I have no problem using the XC807 for the 8" Hudds...in fact I like it! I haven't tried Tag's suggestion, but he knows what he is talking about so I'm sure that is a good option. Check them both out and see which one fits you best!
