Hello,

I'm wondering what type of trout rod to get. I have usually used cheap rod/reels but thought I would look at something better this time around. I mostly fish for rainbow trout in lakes either bottom fishing (worms/powerbait) or trolling. I almost always use 6lb test. The areas where I fish can produce some large rainbows (last year I landed a 11.5 pounder but most are in the 3-6 lb range). I am looking at the G1212.
