excel XL 703C

I bought my XL 703C about 4 months ago and have finally got my boat out on the water a few times the past month. I really like the way the rod feels, but the reel seat seems to be comming unglued. Is there an easy fix or do I need to send the rod back to the factory?

Do I need to find the original reciept to have the rod fixed, also do have any idea what the usual turn around time is? Thanks.

If the reel seat just needs

If the reel seat just needs to be glued than only a week or so. Hope this helps.
