Looking for a new downrigger rod. I have two accurate 270s that I want to mount on them. I.m looking at the classic Cga90dr vs Cg90dr. Open to all other options and imput. I have thought about getting one of each just to see.

Another good option to look at would be the XCC 903. Hope this helps.
Do you guys still make the CGA90DR? What were the specific differences between the CG90DR and the CGA90DR? Different blanks, eyes, handles, reel seats???
We no longer make the CGA series. The CGA's were built with a higher grade of components. They were built in the US and were offered with the limited Lifetime Warranty. The CG 90 DR are still a fantastic rod for the price. They are still in our product line and offered with a one year limited warranty. As far as the blank they were both made with E Glass Material. Hope this helps...
