You might want to call them, I found that worked the best for me when I broke my Kenai Special. I live within driving distance and was able to get it replaced the next day.

We still produce those top half's all you have to do is send it in to our warranty department and we will get it taken care of. Hope this helps.

I also have a Northwest special and the tip broke do I have to send in whole pole or just the top half

Please send in the whole rod as we will need to fit a new tip section to your butt section. Hope this helps.
