I bank fish on the Oregon coastal rivers (mainly the Wilson River), Sandy River, and Deschutes River. I use a casting reel, and drift roe and drift bobbers. What would be a good choice from the G1000 and Certified Pro rods for this type of fishing?

My recommendations for both models.
G1000 would be a G1324-T
Certified Pro would be a X96JC or X96MC
Id go with an XMG for drifting..a little more money..but the best Drift rod I've ever come across. For steelhead, chums, and silvers the 9'2 model is excellent. I like it as much as my Gloomis 1084c IMX when fishing them one after the other. ALso, for Kings or winter Steelies, I use the 8'9 10-20lb..it's an amazing rod! My two cents
