I am interested in purchasing a surf rod. I don't do a lot of saltwater surf fishing. I have numerous Lamiglas rods both manufactured and blanks I built. I was looking at the surf king series particulary the sk 11 mks, in a 2-pc. I plan on doing bottom fishing off the surf, and a little spoon casting. Will this rod suit my needs, and can you tell me the weight of this rod
