Casting rod for lake trout

Going to be picking up a Jared Johnson to handle all the trolling parts of my trout arsenal but want a second rod for casting lures/bobber fishing bait. Will be fishing northwest are lakes for mostly lake bow's and maybe a few Kokes. I troll 80 percent of the time with a two pole endorsement, and am finally able to upgrade some things. My outside pole will be my Jared Johnson designated troller. But for my inside rod I want to be able to troll, and cast lures or bobber fish bait what ever seems to be working. Would the CGR 7 62L or CG 70 DR be a good idea?

Well both of those rods are

Well both of those rods are on the light side for castability But if you wanted to troll with it also than it would work great. More of a personal preference I would say. Hope this helps.
