Can anyone recommend a blank or rod for Canal fishing? I'm looking at the CSB120 2M blank. Any thoughts?

I love my csb.....lots of backbone yet a sensitive tip....you,d probably love it
I was thinking of the sb136 2M. Do you think it has enough backbone? Or should I go with the 3M?
What were you planning to throw?
I imagine you,d go with the sb 136 3m, i have the 10ft 3m....i wrapped it up into a conventional....one rugged rod with a ton of backbone...
I usually throw 2.5-4 oz (spinning,ZB27 reel) which the 2m can handle, I'm leaning that way because of the lighter rod weight. Am I on the right track? Thanks for the advice all..
