XMB 108 3M has no line rating, but is rated 1-3 oz of lure weight. It's in the catalog less the "X". I don't own one of those, but my Perigee blank/rod I built with similar specs is rated 15-40 lb line if I remember right.
The AVSW is just a guess, but I believe Lamiglas builds the American Tackle series of Viper SW blanks, you may have on of the extras from the run or something. The Viper blanks looks to me the be a very deep,dark blue almost black with a Texalium blue wrap on the blank's butt. I was in Angler's Workshop I believe in Oct/Nov when a rodbuilder in there that had a similar looking blanks that he said he had specially made by Lamiglas for his customers.
