I'm working on my first build, an International Graphite Surf Rod (ISU120-2MH).
What do you recommend as a starting point for Guide Placement? I'll be using a Penn Battle 6000 and the top of the reel seat is set at 29" from the butt. I'm planning on test casting and doing the stress distribution test, but I would like to start with a reasonable spacing.

We have a public guide spacing chart under the blank section in the tabs on top of the page. You should be able to find what ever guide spacing works for you. Hope this helpsl
