Would the x106mc or mhc be a good rod for bobber-jig fishing steelhead on the clearwater in idaho? will probably be putting a curado reel on it . also what kind of line would you recomend?

I would suggest the X 106 MC

I would suggest the X 106 MC only because the X 106 MHC has a lot more power than you need for steelhead. They both have the length it just depends on how much power you are really looking for. Hope this helps.
