Shimano TZS-69M-A to Lami blank

Hello all-
I'm new to rod building and would like a little guidance. The other day I was checking out a Terez and was wondering which Lami blank best matches up to it: Shimano TZS-69M-A, 6'-9", braid 20-40, med pwr, fast act.
I'll be using an Accurate SR-12 with #30 braid, fishing for everything up to smaller tuna in So Cal and Mex.
